Phillip C. Wing received his Bachelor of Science degree in finance, with minors in accounting and economics, from Brigham Young University in 1981. He obtained his Juris Doctorate degree from the University of San Diego School of Law in 1985. He became a partner of the firm in 1992.

Mr. Wing's practice focuses primarily on civil litigation matters involving business, real estate, personal injury, competitive business practices, trade secrets, labor and employment, and insurance-related matters.

Mr. Wing is a member of the Board of Directors for the La Jolla Bar Association and the J. Reuben Clark Law Society. He is a member of the San Diego County Bar and La Jolla Bar Associations. He has been an instructor of Real Property Law, Civil Procedure Law and Bankruptcy Law at the University of California at San Diego.

Mr. Wing is admitted to practice before all California State Courts, as well as the United States Supreme Court, United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, United States Tax Court, and the United States District Court for the Northern, Eastern, Central and Southern Districts of California.

Mr. Wing is fluent in Spanish.

Mr. Wing and his family reside in Pacific Beach, California.
